Refund & Exchange Policy


At Dime Tribe, we prioritize quality, craftsmanship, and timeless aesthetics in each of our designs. To maintain the same care at every stage of your purchase experience, we offer our return and exchange processes as follows.


Refund & Exchange Conditions


Under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, consumers have the right to withdraw from distance sales within 14 days without giving any reason. You can request a refund or exchange for products you have purchased within 14 days from the delivery date, in accordance with your legal right of withdrawal and under the following conditions:


- Products must be unused, flawless, and retain their original form.
- All products must be sent with their original packaging, labels, invoice, delivery note, certificate, and any protective elements, if applicable. The VAT and other legal obligations, if any, for products without an original invoice will not be refunded. Invoices issued to a company name must be accompanied by a return invoice.
- For your safety, we recommend sending returns and exchanges via tracked shipping.
- All risks and responsibilities that may arise until the product reaches us belong to the sender.


Refund Process

Once your return reaches us, it will be carefully inspected and processed if it meets the eligibility criteria. If you initiate a return without prior approval from Dime Tribe, your return will not be accepted, and your shipment will not be received.
For approved returns:

- You will be notified,
- Your payment will be refunded via the original payment method.
The time it takes for the refund amount to reflect in your account may vary between 3-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Exchange Process

Your exchange requests will be evaluated based on product availability.

Exchange transactions can be made for:

- A different size of the same product or
- A different product (with price difference applied).

For exchanges, the current sales price of the product on the transaction date will be taken as the basis.
If the requested product is out of stock, your request will be processed as a refund.

Products Excluded from Refund & Exchange Policy

The following products are excluded from the refund and exchange policy due to their nature and hygiene standards:

- Custom-made or personalized designs
- Products with hygiene sensitivity (e.g., piercing and earring categories – opened packaging)
- Products offered under discount or special campaign
- Products showing deformation or deviation from their original form due to consumer misuse

About Custom Productions

The following products are excluded from the refund and exchange policy as they are custom-made to order and shaped according to personal preferences:

- Rings produced to custom sizes (designs prepared according to finger size)
- Bracelets and necklaces customized to personal measurements
- Personalized products containing names, letters, dates, or special symbols
- Designs with changes in size, form, stone, or material upon request
- Any customization or modification made to a standard product at the customer's request

Since such products are produced specifically for you, they are not suitable for resale, and therefore, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

Legal Information

Under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, consumers have the right to withdraw from distance sales within 14 days.

However;
- Custom productions
- Products considered within the scope of hygiene
- Products offered under discount or special campaign
- Products showing deformation or deviation from their original form due to consumer misuse are exceptions under this right.
