To preserve the original appearance of your Dimetribe products, we recommend you handle each piece with care and follow the maintenance advice below:

Daily Use

• Do not expose your products to direct heat and sunlight for prolonged periods.
• Keep your jewelry dry; we recommend putting it on after applying cosmetics and personal care products.
• Avoid wearing your jewelry in the sea, pool, or during sports. Chlorine and similar chemicals can tarnish the color of the jewelry, damage its structure, and cause stones to loosen.
• Limit contact with hard surfaces and other metals to prevent scratches and discoloration.
  

Cleaning

• We recommend using a soft cotton cloth for gentle cleaning of your jewelry.

Storage

• When not in use, store your jewelry in the protective pouch or box provided at the time of purchase.
• Metals and stones can scratch each other when in contact; therefore, we recommend storing each piece separately.
• Store chains fastened and flat to prevent tangling.

All our products are made to order. Production time varies depending on the product and takes 3-5 business days.

All our orders within Turkey are shipped with free shipping.

Domestic orders are usually delivered within 1-3 business days, depending on the shipping company.

Returns:

- Products must be unused, flawless, and in their original condition.
- All products must be sent with their original packaging, labels, invoice, delivery note, certificate, and protective elements, if any.
- We recommend sending return and exchange shipments via tracked cargo for your security.

Exchanges:

- Can be made for a different size of the same product, or
- For a different product (with price difference applied).

For exchanges, the current selling price of the product on the transaction date will be taken as a basis.

If the requested product is not in stock, your process will be finalized as a refund.

Products Excluded from Return & Exchange Policy

- Custom-sized rings (designs prepared according to finger size)
- Personalized bracelets and necklaces with custom sizing
- Personalized products containing names, letters, dates, or special symbols
- Designs with changes in size, form, stone, or material made upon request
- Any customization or modification made on a standard product at the customer's request

As these types of products are specially produced only for you, they are not suitable for resale and therefore are not accepted for return or exchange.
